Shipping Policy
The following terms apply to all shipments within the Mexican Republic.
The prices published on the site do NOT include shipping cost within the Mexican Republic except when expressly indicated by any equipment or any particular promotion, the prices of the products may change at any time without notice, you can not combine promotions of other means other than those presented on this site.
The customer agrees to provide a valid address within the Mexican Republic where the order can be delivered. In case the customer provides an address that cannot be located by the courier, any additional cost will be covered by the customer.
All shipments made by us and by our suppliers are perfectly packaged, in case your order is delivered with physical damage by the courier, you must add a note when signing the manifest to the courier employee indicating that the package shows signs of abuse (open box, beaten, punctured, wet, etc.) Without this annotation you receive the package in conformity. If the parcel service employee does not allow you to make a notation on the delivery manifest, you should NOT receive the package.
If you suspect that the box being delivered by the parcel service employee does not contain what you purchased either by weight or size of the packaging you should NOT receive it indicating to the parcel service employee the reasons and you should report it to us immediately to make the clarification of your order.
Once the package is received by you or someone else at the delivery address, you have 24 hours to report any physical damage or missing items in your order, after this time no change or claim can be made.
Delivery area
The delivery area of our products is limited to the States of the Mexican Republic. We deliver in all locations where there is coverage through the parcel companies with which we have service. In the deliveries by parcels we depend totally on the conditions of each one of them, as well as the weather conditions and risk zones of each entity.
We cannot process orders with incomplete delivery address, nor with special agreements with other parcel companies.
Type of shipment:
Standard Shipping: (From $99.00 VAT included).
Standard shipping is done by Redpack or 99minutos, depending on their area of coverage. Shipping prices start at $99.00 VAT included, calculated according to the volumetric weight of the product. The parcel will be selected depending on the warehouse from where it is sent and according to the agreements established in that warehouse.
Once your order is processed if it is in stock, your products will be shipped no later than the next business day (Monday through Friday), they will arrive at their destination in a period of 1 to 4 days (up to 6 days during high season).
Express Shipping: (From $161.24 VAT included)
Express shipping is generally done by Redpack or 99minutos parcel companies and shipping prices start at $161.24 VAT included, calculated according to the volumetric weight of the product.
Once your order is processed if in stock, your products will be shipped no later than the next business day (Monday to Friday), they will arrive at their destination in a period of 1 to 2 business days (up to 3 days in high seasons).
IMPORTANT:
In some areas this delivery time may be 1 to 6 business days, you will have more information at the time your order is released.
Not all zip codes apply for express delivery.
Delivery Time
Product delivery time begins at the time the order is released.
The estimated delivery time will be provided to you at the conclusion of your order and will be confirmed via email including a tracking number.

The delivery time of the products in stock depends on the release of your order according to the payment method and the type of shipment selected.
