Changes and Returns Policy

To the Users, we inform you that the following Policy of Changes and Returns are applicable for the simple use or access to any of the pages, web and mobile applications, software and, applications in general, that integrate the Portal of www.tantitocafe.com (hereinafter and, jointly and indistinctly, the "Portal"), and for the acquisition of any product or service acquired by the User within the Portal, so we will understand that you accept them and agree to be bound to their compliance. In the event that you do not agree with this Return Policy, you must refrain from accessing or using the Portal and acquiring any product or service within the Portal.

 

The satisfaction of our Users about our products and services is the most important thing for us, so we put at your disposal the following Return and Exchange Policy. 

 

RETURNS

It is allowed to return any product or service

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

1. TIME FOR RETURN

You must request the return of a product or service purchased on the Portal within 10 calendar days from the date you received your products.

 

2. CONDITIONS FOR THE RETURN

Any product or service to be returned must be in perfect condition and without obvious damage due to misuse by the User.

The product or products must be in the same conditions in which they were delivered to the User and, as far as possible, be in the original packaging and labeling to ensure the return in perfect condition.

You must present your purchase receipt or screenshot of the email confirmation of your purchase where the amount paid and the products or services purchased are visible. 

 

3. FORM OF THE RETURN

The return must be requested via email to hola@tantitocafe.com and you will receive a prepaid waybill to ship the product.

 

4. REFUND

The refund derived from the return of the product or service will be made to the customer through the same payment method used in the purchase.

Refunds made to credit or debit cards are exclusively for those made with the same card. The times of direct reimbursement to credit or debit cards will depend on the internal procedure of each financial institution.

 

CHANGES

Changes of any product or service are allowed.

 

PROCESS OF CHANGES

You must request an exchange of a product or service purchased on the Portal within 10 calendar days from the date you received your products.

 

2. CONDITIONS FOR CHANGES

Any product or service to be exchanged must be in perfect condition and must not have been used.

The product(s) must be in the same conditions in which they were delivered to the User and, as far as possible, be in the original packaging and labeling that guarantees the return in perfect condition.

You must present your purchase receipt or screenshot of the email confirmation of your purchase where the amount paid and the products or services purchased are visible.

Exchanges will be made for a product or products that reach the same value as the product you want to exchange. If you choose a product of lower value than the one you want to exchange, the difference will not be credited, and if you choose a product of higher value you will have to cover the missing amount.

 

3. REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE

Any change must be requested via email to hola@tantitocafe.com and you will receive a prepaid guide to make the shipment of the product.

 

CHANGES

This Return and Exchange Policy may be modified at any time without prior notice and/or consent of the User. Consequently, the User must carefully read the Return and Exchange Policy each time he/she intends to purchase products and services from the Portal.

 

APPLICABLE LAWS

For the interpretation, fulfillment and execution of the present Policies of Changes and Returns, the User agrees that the Federal laws of the United Mexican States will be applicable and the courts of Huixquilucan de Degollado, State of Mexico will be competent, expressly renouncing to any other jurisdiction that could correspond to them due to their present or future domiciles or for any other cause.
